W. Kirby Wagg, CEO of Wagg’s Ltd (www.waggs.ca), a 120-year-old Canadian, family-owned Textile Rental Company based in Orillia, Ontario is the fourth generation to own and operate the successful linen, uniform, and mat rental company. He is now in an advisory role as his son Billy, the fifth generation, continues to operate the family business. The company is a member of The Textile Rental Association (TRSA) which serves the interests of executives of the uniform and linen rental industries.

During Kirby’s career, he amalgamated seven locations of Wagg’s and built a modern facility to house all of its divisions and continues to serve over eight thousand clients weekly, every other week and monthly with deliveries. Kirby spear-headed over ten mergers and acquisitions of various size firms and brought them into the fold of Wagg’s. This resulted in covering Simcoe, Grey, York, and Muskoka Counties in Central Ontario.

During his tenure with Wagg’s, Kirby developed personal relationships with business owners, learning the needs of various manufacturing, industrial and service-based businesses. His sincere and genuine personality increases the comfort level with his clients.
